Information about processing time

The processing time from payment is 1 to 3 days.

Delivery and performance

The delivery time is maximum

•  Austria:
    5 days

•  Germany:
    14 days

•  other EU countries and rest of Europe:
    21 days

•  USA:
    30 days

•  other countries:

The deadline for the delivery begins when payment in advance by bank transfer on the day after the payment order is sent to the referring bank or with other payment methods on the day after conclusion of contract and ends with the expiration of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.

For products that are produced according to customer specifications, a seperate processing time will be added. This processing time will be announced separately before conclusion of the contract.

Buyer agrees to assume any bank charges (eg for an international transfer) entirely. The payment period is for the customer seven days from receipt of order.
